If you book directly with us via our website, or by contacting the hotel directly, we guarantee you the best rates. If within 24 hours of your booking, you find a lower rate for our hotel elsewhere (packages, promotions, & long-term stays excluded), we will not only honor that rate, but will also offer an additional 5% discount off the competing room rate for the identical room type, date and length of stay.

Terms & Conditions

Lower competing rates must be verifiable by staff at 2400 Motel and immediately bookable by the general public.
A lower competing rate must be available for the same type of room, number of guests, and dates of reservation.
The same cancellation and advance purchase policies associated with the lower competing rate will also apply to the reservation made through the 2400 Motel site.

Our Best Rates Guarantee offer does not apply to the following:

• Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to the following rates: corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, or other specially negotiated rates.
• Reservations made within 72 hours of day of arrival.
• Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding, or differences in the currency exchange rates
