Do you have Air Conditioning?
No, true to our 1946 roots, our electrical panels cannot handle modern AC units. We have ceiling fans in each unit, and lots of portable fans available to keep cool.
Do you have pet-friendly rooms?
Yes! All of our rooms are pet-friendly, so your furry friends are always welcome.
Do your rooms have kitchens?
Yes, select rooms and suites include full kitchens or kitchenettes, perfect for extended stays.
Do rooms include desks or work areas?
All rooms have desks with ergonomic desk chair, and some of our larger suites also have dining tables, coffee tables, or other spaces to work!
Do all rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, every room includes a full private bathroom.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we underwent a big upgrade project on all of our digital services – including WiFI, Cable TV, and Telephones.
Is parking free?
Yes, free parking is available right outside your room.
Do you offer EV charging stations?
Yes, we offer electric vehicle charging stations for a small fee.
Where is the motel located?
We are conveniently located at 2400 Kingsway in East Vancouver, close to Burnaby, Metrotown, and only minutes from downtown Vancouver.
How close are you to the PNE Fairgrounds?
We’re just a short drive to the PNE Fairgrounds and Playland, making us a great choice during fair season.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Families are always welcome at the 2400 Motel.
Do you charge extra for pets?

Do you have family-sized rooms or suites?
Absolutely! With our green space, the larger suites with full kitchens and bathrooms are ideal for families.

Is it cheaper to book directly on your website?
Supporting small business directly is always the best! We have a best rate guarantee in place, so anytime you see a lower rate posted, just give us a call and we’ll match or beat it!

Can I book the motel as a filming location?
Yes, the 2400 Motel is a well-known filming location in Vancouver and has appeared in numerous movies, TV shows, and commercials. Contact us for production inquiries.
Do you host special events?
Yes, we host events such as our annual Vintage Car Show. Follow us on social media for updates or contact us directly to arrange your own!
As an older property, what are you doing to promote community?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
