At the 2400 Motel, we’re taking another step towards a sustainable future. One of our recent key initiatives is increasing our use of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG)—a cleaner energy source derived from organic sources.
For the 2025–2026 period, we’ve set a clear target: 5% of our total energy use will come from RNG.
Why RNG? It cuts greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional natural gas and helps us reduce our carbon footprint while keeping operations efficient and cost-effective. The switch means lower energy costs, a smaller carbon footprint, and a cleaner stay for our guests.
To be better stewards of the planet, we have already implemented many other sustainability initiatives. Now we are integrating Renewable Natural Gas into our plan.
